Atlantic Commercial Building - Cudahey, CA 8-12000 SF commercial building proposal with on grade parking and include old site improvements. Estimated cost $1.6 - $1.8 million.

FORD Graphics - West Los Angeles Offices. 8000 SF tenant improvement and re-hab of existing business. Estimated budget $800,000.00

Dromy International – Beverly Hills, CA - a southern California real estate development and management company. Work consists of Property Entitlement processing, renovation projects on a variety of commercial and residential income property and the presentation before various commissions for approvals and entitlement requirements. Soledad Canyon Carwash – Santa Clarita, CA. – A new carwash and automotive detailing facility. Site development includes grading, retaining walls, vacuuming and dry-off canopy area. The project was processed through the planning approval phase by the developer with the designs and exhibits produced by this office. Structural area consists of 18,000 SF on a 2 acre site. CDI Equipment - San Diego, CA. (project) Preparation of design and drawings for 6000 SF Administrative addition and modifications to the present Precision Machine Shop for High Performance Racing Motors. Project included processing use permits and construction permits. Value of construction at $600,000.00

Scenic Expressions- Glendale, CA. Preparation of RETRO-FIT structural analysis to comply with the Los Angeles Building Code for structural concrete tilt up buildings. Project completed 4/01.

Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant (freestanding) - San Fernando, CA. Preparation of Architectural drawings from conditional design approval through the end of construction. Site work included parking, landscaping and coordination with existing parking lot. Construction Value +- $950,000.00

Dental Offices for Dr. Levesque - Ventura County, CA. Preparation of addition and remodel design for dental offices from existing residence. Up grade exterior design, Cape Cod Design. Architectural and Structural work totaling $180,000.00

Louise Townhomes West Condominium - Northridge, CA; Repair earthquake damage interior & exterior, 37 unit development. Value estimated at 1.4 million; Construction completed 8/95. In house construction crews managed the project from start to finish. Construction completed in 1995.

Delfino Studios – Sylmar, CA General consulting for improvements in and around the studio facility for structural remodeling, tenant improvements, and technical renovations.
