Earthquake Analysis - San Fernando Valley, CA. Jan '94 to Present;
Prepared in excess of 500 inspections / structural reports of earthquake
damages; including analysis, review and preparation of repair budgets,
negotiation of insurance settlements and implementation of structural
designs and construction repairs. Largest single report & repair
project --- 120 unit condominium in Encino. Estimated budget $550,000.00.
Diligence Inc. – An attorney referral firm placing the expertise
of the company as Experts in construction and design related matters.
2-4 referrals each year with 1-2 serious considerations for services.
Services include exhibit preparation, witness preparation, trial
observation and cross-examination preparation, trial testimony and
inspections (architectural and structural) of existing field conditions.
Sea World – New Production Stage Construction – San
Diego, CA. Prepared engineering design, fabrication and installation
drawings for 8,400 SF of stage panels, most at 30 foot high. Coordinated
work with Scenic Construction Company, Entertainment Production
Company and in-house staff professionals at Sea World. Construction
budget estimated at $650,000.00; entire production estimated at

Ghost Busters Attraction - Orlando, FL. (PROJECT) Preparation of
the scenic structural designs included in a proposal by Scenic Express.
Value of project estimated at $4 million.
North Hills Estates - Los Angeles, Ca; (PROJECT) 21 lot Subdivision
Development, guard gate & custom estate designs. Project to
include offsite & on site development, complete engineering,
architectural & construction development. Value estimated in
excess of $12 million. (Prepared for West Valley Christian Church)

100 Unit Resort Hotel - New Smyrna Beach, FL. (PROJECT) Resort
hotel project including commercial development and ancillary hotel
support facilities. Upscale "Lodge Atmosphere" w/ direct
beach access.
G.M. Project - Van Nuys, CA; (PROJECT) Preparation of Proforma
& Conceptual design for purchase of 80 acres with existing 2.0
million SF building including building rehab and addition of approximately
1.0 million SF for multi-use development. Proposal includes low
income/ elderly housing element, Performing Arts Center, Vocational
Educational Facility, Industrial Recycling Center and Hotel Facilities.
Project included approximately 150 to 170 million dollar budget

Encino Star Arena - Encino, Ca; (PROJECT) 3000 seat arena on an
infill lot in Encino. Arena complex planned to accommodate basketball,
martial arts and dramatic arts events. Development value $40 million.

Scenic Express, Inc. – Los Angeles, CA 1986 to 2005. Prepared
various structural design and project structural analysis. Company
building and installs sets for the entertainment industry. 20 –
25 projects over a 2- year span. Kevin Gadd, owner – sold
company in 2005.
New York, New York Hotel Development - Las Vegas, NV. (Project)
Back drop staging proposal for new hotel structure. Included the
conceptual structural design, budget estimates and construction
strategies in conjunction with Scenic Express, Los Angeles, Ca.
Construction value estimated at $2.5 million.
Santa Clarita Coliseum - Santa Clarita, CA; (PROJECT) 16,000 seat
arena on 40 acre site, designed for Professional Ice Hockey/ Basketball,
boxing, volleyball. Included media center, integrated parking structures,
and specialty box seating. Development value $100 million. [renderings]
Latigo Canyon Estates - Malibu, CA : (project) Design and Construction
in planned development of 4 estate residences, 8,500 to 13,000 SF
including landscape Design and interior finishes. [renderings]
Valley Stars Stadium (PROJECT) - 8,000 seat Baseball Stadium complex
in the San Fernando Valley. Project analysis started in September
1998 – to Present. Development Value estimated $30 mil.
Builders Exchange of the San Fernando Valley, Inc.- Van Nuys, California
A corporation providing associated construction services including,
seminars on Administrative / Educational topics and Group Insurance
Services to Contractors in the San Fernando Valley and adjacent
vicinity. The seminars are directed to both contractors and to the
consumers to educate and improve the awareness of the Construction
Profession in general.
Wildoaks Partners - San Luis Obispo, California
A development company to develop 8 estate residences and a championship
golf course in San Luis Obispo County, California on a 264 acre
ranch. The 8 residences total over 70,000 SF and the clubhouse facilities
are in excess of 20,000 SF. The golf course as designed, was approximately
7,000 yards in length with a value in excess of $75 million. (PROJECT)
